Unfortunately we have had to cancel our Seated Exercise Class at the Link Centre this Friday 11th January (1-2PM) due to our instructor being unavailable.
The session will be back on as per usual the following Friday 18th.
There is no tennis at Delta Tennis Centre 1-2pm Wednesday 9th January, this is due to the centre being booked out for the day 🎾
Inclusive tennis is still going ahead at 5-6PM ✅
Tuesday December 18th 10:15-11:00am, our swimming group at Better, Link Centre – Swindon will be doing a Swimathon! As many lengths as you can do in the 45 minutes, it’s your own personal challenge to see how far you can go 🏊♀️
Afterwards we’ll be having teas and coffees to celebrate. Fancy joining in? Sign up on the link below and select ‘Inclusive Swimming’ under the activity section.
